Can a NPB pay once I close the case?

As the title says really!
I opened a NPB against a buyer last week and today is the day I can close it. It's all been a bit odd from the beginning actually - the buyer marked the payment as 'sent' but I've received nothing. I've sent a few polite emails asking for payment but nothing.
Then yesterday I received a message to say payment would be made first thing this morning. Nothing so far. Am thinking I'll give her until this afternoon then close the case and do a second chance offer (the item had quite a lot of interest, which makes it even more annoying). I think the buyer may have changed their mind or bid on the item in error because it is a ladies size 14 and all their recent buys have been ladies clothes in size 30-32.
Anyway, once I close the case is there any way they can still pay? Just thinking if the second chance person does want it and buys it...... could cause all sorts of problems!

No they can't once you close it that's the end. Then just add them to your BBL and do your 2nd chance.0
