Mis sold ppi with GE Money

Hello all,
My husband took out a car loan 5yrs ago,

about year and half we came into money problems as my husband lost his job, we could not afford to keep up with the repayments, we passed the debt onto finanical debt agency. lcukily it wasnt a car finance.

Financial Helpline sent us a copy of the aggreement outlining that we had PPI insurance - Which we NEVER knew anything about it.

I completed a template, saying we was not informed of this ppi. on the aggreement it says we paid 323.00. Posted about 3wks ago.

Is this what we may get back ? Would they still consider giving us anything when we are in arrears with the loan, (we are on payment plan)

thank you kindly

Has any of the debt been written off or are you going to end up paying the full debt?
