blackberry 7290 " no message servies configured" ??

Got a 2nd hand blackberry 7290 ... put in my sim card .. went to blackberry website to do the "change device" procedure and re put in email addresses i want emails pushing from ....

all worked fine ....

emails coming through fine ..

BUT can't reply ? ... get a screen saying " no message servies configured..you will only be able to save in draft" .

HELP !! ? anyone know what i need to do ? .. no good if i can't reply to an email !!

also have a problem with password .. it asks for it everytime i turn handset on .. and when it goes into screensaver mode . every few minutes ... i've gone to Options... security...settings .. but unlike the manual says .. it doesn't have a "disable" .. only "change"

Any ideas ?
