Car leasing questions?

I am a registered childminder so i am registered as a business but i dont have a VAT number (not sure how this works), my dh is my assistant p/t, we are needing to replace our car and have been looking at leasing, my dh has a good credit history and has always been the one to sort out the finance, would he still be able to for my business as its him that will be using it?? i am worried if i have to do it it will have to be a higher rate as my history is not as good??

Any tips would be great as i am getting quite overwhelmed by how many companies are offering this at the moment
