I am utterly depressed and raning. I loathe and detest my job and I am going in today to sort out my room.

I just feel so like I am going to collapse already - i know I should be positive and motivate myself but today right now I am giving in to be deeply unhappy. I hope you all understand.

    Apologies

    Buffy xx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

I think you're allowed to wallow occasionally Buffy, just try to put a time limit on to it so it knows when you're going to pick yourself up.

    On an entirely different note,
    I've just had a call from M&S.
Those telephone calls where they say 'You are being recorded for training purposes'. They really do record them and they really do archive them. They've just dug one out for me from July 2009 which clearly includes me saying I want my insurance cancelled and a man incorrectly telling me it will happen automatically (which it didn't).....so in the next 7-10 days I'm getting a cheque for £196. He's probably going to get a flea in his ear!

    Result :j:j:j

  • Morning everyone,

    Where did the weekend go?

Saturday was spent baking, most of the goodies have now been eaten. EEEKK and it's weigh day tomorrow, oh well.

Sunday was spent at the olds having a bbq and yesterday afternoon was spent in Oxford trying to find the place where my OH has an interview, right now in fact.

I'm sleepy as sleepy can be and I think lots of coffee will be in order, to try and perk me up. And the fact I've got what feels like a gizzilion reports to do doesn't help!

Sending lots of love to everyone.

    Morning All

Went to see Inception last night - what an amazing film. I would highly recommend it if anyone is thinking of seeing it.

Just taken out insurance on my car - more money leaving my bank account!

Day off today, so haven't even got dressed yet - but will go and have a shower shortly.

Suzy - Might be worth posting on the motoring board to get a reply about the car?

Lou - How terrible for the parents, how are the two boys this am?

Morning all, I also have a long list of stuff to do today, meh. Most important is arguing with the car insurers for some money and to not write my car off, then tax it.

Butti - good luck with the CDL people. Sounds like things are mostly going really well.

DH cut his foot last night on a scrap of glass - I dropped a glass the other week and I obviously missed a small shard. When I swept the floor last night I managed to sweep the shard out from under the cupboard without seeing it and he stood on it :( Cut his foot through his sock and is now painful to walk on :( I feel bad as due to his diabetes cuts and scratches take ages to heal and they encourage you to be incredibly careful of your feet as you can get real problems :(
