Morning campers.....Hi De Hiiiiiiiiiiiiii

Don't know why I'm so cheerful considering I'm back to work after a lovely long 4 day weekend.

List for today:

Get up
Go to work
Come home
Cook dinner (HM curry - yum)

Think I should be able to manage that little lot today :rotfl:

Have a great (pay)day :T
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

really....it's not hard to understand :T

Shhhhhhhhhhhh I haven't been to bed yet, that means it's still Monday! (It's not allowed to be tuesday, I've got a million things to do on Tuesday). :p
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

As of the last count I have cleared
    [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(

    Morning all

So didn't want to wake up this morning...OH's gone off to work and B is up and demanding stuff! Its another beautiful morning here and while I had planned to do something nice with B, I have to get the boiler fixed which might mean waiting in but I guess we can start sorting the garden out at least and maybe plant some nice flowers!

Must also give final meter readings for old place, phone up tax credits...Oh joy and prepare for appeal hearing on Friday :(
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

    Morning all :waves:

Suzy - at least you got a 4 day weekend - mine was the usual cram everything into 2 days;)

Hi Hannah - anything exciting kept you out of bed?

As for me - I are mostly recovering from the 2+ hours in the gym last night (had a stretching off session this morning), working and hoping the details for the new car option come through today:D

Got a lunch out at a local Thai for someone's birthday too so, as far as Tuesdays go, this one is looking quite positive:D

Regrettably not, but as any true hedonist has learned you can get ever so high on painkillers and sleep-derivation so it might be an interesting Tuesday!

Oh yes - that's a high I know well. The crash and burn afterwards is usually pretty spectacular too :p

Either re-tax OH's car or delcare it SORN
Photocopy and post my PPI claims form

Car situation is a bit tricky. We want to sell the car but it's been sitting on my drive for the past 4 months. Needlesstosay the battery is as flat as a pancake and it hasn't been driven anywhere so it's in a bit of a sorry old state. MOT is due today too I think.

    It's a Eunos Roadster (Mazda MX5 import).

I don't want to re-tax it for 6 months (£112.75) and shell out for an MOT (plus getting someone to tow it from here) as I don't think it's worth that much.

I was going to declare it SORN today but does anyone have any idea whether a car is difficult to sell once it's been SORN? We're only looking for about £300 for it? It's a lovely little car (convertible but we also have the hard top for it) - it's just such a waste sitting on my drive.

Morning everyone, off to work in a bit but totally shattered after the panic that ensued last night........

Brother 1 driving car around car park with lots of friends in car (just passed test)
Brother 2 got out and jumped on bonnet of car for a laugh as it was being driven by brother 1

    .

Hope you have a quiet day Lou.

Presumably Brother 1 has now been told that he only needs 6 points to lose his licence and have to retake his test!
I have a load of general sorting / tidying to do.
Also need to find my Career Development Loan letter and give them a ring - house up to let, course induction starts in 3 weeks and still no letter, which means I can't sign up or sort my accommodation.
