The NSD way to a supreme September

Glad to hear you're feeling less tired today Spoon
NSD #6 today :T
Tomorrow will be a spend day - D/Debit due out of bank, so need to top up my frozen veg at a minimum whilst I can. But there's another D/Debit due out on Monday (as best I can tell) and then another next Wednesday, so shouldn't need to get too much each day as I can spread out the purchase of fresh stuff (milk should last me at least until Monday, but more than likely Wednesday without any problem)
Had a lovely bath last night - found a box of R@dox Muscle Relax, so decided to have a 'chill out' evening and my leg felt great the rest of the evening
But when I got up this morning my leg was still sore, it ached badly whilst walking the dog this morning, and it's been quite painful on-and-off at work this afternoon - but the muscle down the side is now fine, and it's a spot on my shin that's really sore
Called into GP surgery straight from work in the hope of getting an appt for tomorrow, and was told one of the doctors (not the one I saw last week) was free right then......
He took a look (and prodded a bit), and has said it's most likely more muscular damage - but there is a very small chance I may have fractured my shin  He's not sure that it's the most likely thing, as apparently you normally have to hit it really hard to fracture it and there's no noticeable swelling - but has decided to play it safe and get it checked..... so I have to go to the local drop-in hospital tomorrow morning to get an X-ray !!! He's also said to ask them to take a quick peek and let me know if there's any visible damage - he reckons they'll tell me if there is, but if there's not (or it's uncertain) they'll tell me I need to wait for the report to reach my GP (so I plan to play my 'I work on my feet and am worried about doing further damage' card with this request)

Sorry to hear about your leg CW18, hope it's feeling better soon.
Another NSD for me, making a total of 5/10. Cake sale at work today, but I thought I'm not spending 50p on cakes and breaking my NSD. My friend came over and gave me one that she had already bought me so got cake anyway. Bonus. !!0 -
An NSD today - thank goodness!!!0
