I've never had such trouble before. 
I have bought a Zen MX Player and expected it to be easy to use its software Creative Centrale to transfer music and, if necessary, convert and transfer videos. But I honestly don't understand anything about this. The instructions with the box are miniscule and when I try to follow the manual on the website, there are very obscure and don't follow what I get on my screen. Is there anyone who has one of these and can help me? Please! Thanks!
