I am thinking of changing my broadband supplier and at present I access and save my emails via the internet on virgin media site. Is there any quick way of saving emails onto a memory stick so that I don't lose them all when I change providers. Have some everyday techie knowledge but don't know how to save web pages as savable files
Thanks in advance

If you use webmail on Virgin for e-mails, then you can setup Outlook Express for your account (pop3 settings), and download them to that and operate from that. Check their help for mail settings for Outlook Express, similar settings apply to Thunderbird as well.0

Set up a Gmail account, then you are independent of isp, and forward all your emails that you want to keep, to the new account.
Also email all your contacts with a group email informing them of your new address.Move along, nothing to see.0 -
thanks for your help will try one of those two options. In fact thinking of it I have a hotmail account already that I don't really use so I can forward anything I want to keep to that0
