Its comments like alfsmummy that make good NRP's blood boil
I too am a NRPP with a child of my own from a previous marriage. We have his children 3 nights a week, pay for family holidays, passports, school trips, spending money and CSA. For all children, sometimes because we have too as the PWC doesnt give these kids what they need. This month however, after getting school uniforms for my daughter, PWC aks hubby to buy sons shoes and trainers. Bearing in mind, we have just returned from holiday with the kids, bought their passports (they had ran out, we also bought the first ones) as she refused to contribute. Her response "" Your taking them you pay for them". So we said no to the shoes. The disgusting ranting text that followed about him being a rubbish dad who didnt care and gave them nothing, just about sums up some PWC doesnt it.
  • Is it really helpful to generalise about NRPs and PWCs? There are good, bad and mediocre of both varieties.
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

seeing as he is fiddling the system and paying for her daughter why shouldnt she also pay for my son?? Or are you another sperm donor who thinks he can get away with it???

I would like to remind you this is not facebook and you don't need to put 'kisses' on the end of posts.

Similarly, it would be biologically impossible for me to be a sperm donor.

Good luck getting money from your ex's new partner :)
