Changing the default audio track on .ts video files

I use VLC on my laptop and a Ryan media player connected to my TV and audio system to play vob, mpg, avi, ts and other music video files.

I have downloaded a music video file in .ts format. Instead of the normal single audio track it has 2 audio tracks.

Track 1 (NAR)
Track 2 (English)

Track 1 has no sound. VLC and the Ryan media player play the silent Track 1 by default. I can manually select Track 2, which does contain the audio, but it is a bit of a pain having to do that every time.

Is there anything I can do to this file to make Track 2 the default, or copy the audio on Track 2 onto Track 1 without re-encoding the video or audio?

I have Pinnacle Studio 12 software but I don’t know it very well. I searched the help but couldn’t see anything obvious.

Thanks :)
