I want to relieve period pains without medication!

Anybody got any good tips for relieving lower back pain during TOTM without painkillers? Unfortunately I don't have a hot water bottle either

Meditation of some sort?

Supposedly orgasm helps with pain too due to the endorphins it releases, but I think this is a bit personal as for me it would cause more pain getting there than it would relieve :P

Oooh, the bath I can do now! The massage will have to wait until OH returns from work at 8.30 though, unfortunately. Hmmmm, maybe I should cook him a special tea to persuade him?

If you don't have a hot water bottle, but think that would help you could make a quickie "wheat bag" using some rice and an old sock (man's sock or hiking sock, kind of size). Just knot the sock and warm up in the microwave and apply.

yes it does help to relieve pains associated with periods,why the pain?, orgasm doesnt have to come (no pun) from intercourse

Intercourse isn't painful, just being in the throes of orgasm is!!! Don't want to hijack the thread so won't say any more

When I had exceptionally bad pain in the night & couldn't sleep because of the pain (pain killers & hot water bottles weren't touching it) I found a shot / 2 shots of vodka helped.
