I have sent the first letter from the website asking for all documentation regarding PPInsurance on the loan we have .The bank replied saying they have misfiled my paperwork but sent a typed out version of the payment details but nothing with the insurance what we are covered for or anything nothing signed etc and their calculation of the loan is a lot higher than the statement we recently received.-- I'm not sure where to go from here we have been paying this for over two years. Can anyone help I was thinking of getting a solicitor on the case any ideas anyone

Hi there, i would request a sar, enclose £10 payment for this and they have to give you all details they have on your loan. Or (BETTER STILL)you could ring them and say you are not happy with the paperwork they have sent and if they dont send the correct paperwork in 14 days you will refer this to the fos.Try having a go yourself before you incur fees with a solicitor, they cannot do anymore than you can and all it will cost you is a couple of stamps.X
