Paypal has stopped issuing new Top Up cards.
Anyone know why?

I don't know, but I realised it when a few days ago went to their online servicing site and it said no new applications were accepted.
My old card works anyway. It expires in December, so they may not renew it. But I don't care, just have used it twice in two years. They should rather be doing a real debit card like they do in America.0 -
They are renewing expired cards, took receipt of my replacement on Friday, my card expires 08/10 The new card expires 08/120
