This might be a better buy with street level maps included for £199 http://www.navmanstores.com/eu/product_details.php?category=Navman+GPS&id=391

The point is they want to go driving in Europe and have lots of detail (beyond MRE) and they're also likely to go to the states and take it with them.
Their natural ability to navigate is... limited.
So the 910 seems to make sense cos it covers both of those, and the other maps are expensive extras on other models (think it has a 20Gb harddrive to hold all that!)

As for the Dixons price, providing (I emphasise again) we get the 20% it makes it £400 at RobertDyas with quidco on top of that... correct me if I'm wrong

Blimey I was only trying to help too!

If you get the 20% it is cheaper, I was just letting you know of another option if the RD one doesn't come off.
  • Hey thanks for this....

Just ordered a Tom Tom v2 - I got 20% to make it £159.99 and also went through Quidco to get 5% off - excellent deal, been looking for a good price for ages!!
