My wife and I recently saw a house we liked and are soon to move into rented. If we offer on the house do we copy the letter (of the offer) to the seller to ensure they are aware of this? The agent in my view is not guarenteed to pass this on even though they are obliged to do so.

I've never offered in writing but I suppose theres nothing to stop you doing that, don't you trust the EA??0

Unless you have evidence they have an eye on the property for themselves or a mate, why would they not pass on your offer? There job is to sell houses after all.0
