Buying a car - cash or card or loan ??

Hi I am getting a car - my first. It's a 2006 Honda Jazz 1.4 semi-auto for £4,000. I have managed to scrape together the cash but wanted to ask here what people would suggest. Pay cash, or Pay on a Tesco credit card (will be charged 2%) but get some vouchers, and then pay the card with cash, or Get some sort of loan from…

Few (if any?) dealers will accept £4,000 credit card. They are charged a fee. Many would accept your deosit on a card.

You will pay interest on a loan and I would not recommend HP / PCP deal.

If you have £4K cash, why not ......... put it toward a better car? <LOL>
