Microsoft Windows Error.Help please.

Options
Hi all.

Recently I've been getting a lot of viruses and malware on my computer and getting a lot of popups on Firefox. I've never had popups before. But when loading windows I keep getting different Microsoft Windows errors coming up. The most recent one says 'NTVDM.exe has stopped working'. Does anyone know what this is? The error messages usually says something has stopped working. What could be the cause of these?

If anyone could help me with these issues then I'd be really greatful as it's getting rather annoying.

Thanks in advance. Josh

    download this

    http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/

install and update it and then do a FULL scan, then post the log file it produces

the error may be a false one from an infection

I already have Malwarebytes. It always finds 4 infections when I do a scan. I delete them but they come back. I'll do a full scan and post the log file to see if some expert eyes can see what it is wrong.

I forgot to say before. When I log into Hotmail on Firefox it won't let me view my individual emails. Or open any folders. It works fine on Safari and IE.

After I tried to delete the infections, it said that it had been unable to delete all of them. I'm not sure why. Anyone know?

I'm guessing that you didn't re-boot after the scan.

Anyway, download, install and run Hitman Pro 3
