    Hi There

Just ring them and ask for a copy of the Agreement it will cost you £1.00. If they do not comply then send the SAR letter that you will find on the front of this thread and send to them recorded delivery and £10.00. They have 40 days to respond.

    G ood Luck

Hi Jimmy, as Maxdp says, you can write a simple letter, and request for a copy of your agreement...

Just write that you are requesting for a copy of your agreement of a loan taken out in XX/XX/XXXX, and if you have the account number, if not then give them as many personal details as possible, ie; full name, any addresses you lived in at that time, your date of birth etc etc.
Ask that they provide by 12 days, and make them aware you have enclosed £1 cheque or postal order for this request.

For a SAR, as Maxdp says, they have 40 calendar days, there is a letter template for this on below link, you enclose £10 cheque or postal order, and they must send all they hold on you.

Make sure you get proof for posting at your post office too.

    Hope this helps, good luck.;)

    Hi there

The FOS questionnaire is fine, if you want to write a cover letter as well that is ok, but not essential, good luck.;)

    Hi there

They have 8 weeks to give a response, sometimes they write within that time and ask for more time with a timescale of when you should expect to hear.
    Good luck.

If its past 8 weeks since complaining you are free to take to FOS if you want. Its entirely up to you.
