Pooky/scaredy - that's how I started off on Thursday night. Suddenly felt very tired and a bit of a lumpy throat. Sore throat Friday and then a cold Saturday. I reckon tomorrow should be the end of it.

have to say claire - when I was a kid, I was massively into music, was in an orchestra etc. I would have loved the piano bag if I'd have been given it as a gift

I had a jumper with music on
I wrote the music and then my mum turned it into a pattern with 1 line of music across it with the treble clef etc, the whole lot. I loved that jumper, wore it to school all the time.

Wow BB...I lived for orchestra when I was at school too. Had one on a Tuesday night and then music school on Saturday mornings too. What instrument did/do you play?YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -
Flute is my main instrument Suzy. Got to university and then realised I could have done music as my second subject which I hadn't realised so was a bit
at that as did American Studies as my second subject which has been even less use than my main subject which was Drama. Play a few others as well (violin, recorder, oboe, piano to varying degrees of rubbishness) and also sing.
Loved being in the orchestra and choir. Went to Bremerhaven on a youth orchestra exchange when I was 14, it was great.

I went to band camp (true!) but I went with my 'own' instrument-Voice. I study vocal music and did up to Gr.8 at the Royal Conservatory...
Now? I sing in the showerEmpty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
I was rubbish at playing instruments, I did get piano lessons once but I didnt like my teacher, he had sausage fingers and smelled of Old Spice aftershave *shudder*
Used to sing in both the school and church choir, I actually miss going to church and really should make the effort:o
Had a pleasant lunch with MIL who seemed to enjoy the trip out. I then went to see Granda and he was in the best shape I had seen him for a while, wearing the jumper I got him for his Birthday too:)
The long weekend has gone quickly hasnt it.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0
