Thanks everyone, i am in Newcastle on the Scottish Borders, not Aberdeen. This is what was in my emails about 30 minutes ago, they have took 3 weeks to respond. They gave me a number and i will phone them, i would like to learn some first aid training and take it further, in time i would like to move abroad with skills.
My emails have been just politely asking how to volunteer or who to phone, i have quite a few skills, i know introductory sign language my English is A level standard i listen and help well, i know these things.
Regular work is by CV yes but they are the CV's done by companies for me. I have tried so hard with this stuff it gets disheartening when no responses are there. This red cross might be the best avenue to take for now if i call them. If i moved i would go to a county which on't live on the money they live on the land, that is their job and life, like West Africa.
Many thanks for your enquiry and interest in the British Red Cross.

I have not been replied to for a job in over 4 years yet applied for many, hundreds.
The last straw has come from volunteering, i sent away email applications for volunteer work for the blind, the peoples kitchen working with homeless, the cyrenians, and the red cross and not one of these volunteer groups have got back to me!
For me i am giving up, and moving abroad ASAP i trulyy from the bottom of my heart hate this country and its organisations, its businesses and the way its people are, if they are not corrupt they are ignorant, i have had enough.
 Thanks for reading.
Bye then, please remember to close the door behind you as you leave.
Seriously, if you can't get a job here what makes you think you will get one in another country?Gone ... or have I?0

Widelats, regarding your volunteering, have you tried http://www.do-it.org/ ? Or going into your local volunteer centre and speaking with them?
About not getting interviews, are you on Jobseekers allowance? If so, attending A4e or similar organisation? Have you asked them for advice on your applications?retirement savings target: £100,000 by 2032 start: £21200 Jun 22, Jun 23:0

Newcastle? I've volunteered for BRC County Durham and Teeside before, I do recommend it. They provide first aid coverage at events held at the Metro Arena and other big venues.
Once you've got your first aid training behind you (there's a specific course for people who want to volunteer), you can go out on duties. You'll never be on your own and you will be paired with people who have donkeys' years of experience behind them. It's a great way to volunteer and meet people.
The only thing is, courses are only scheduled to start when there's enough demand, so you might have a wait ahead of you.0

I have - do you really think you are just going to arrive in another country and get a home, food and money? Your idea of living on the land still requires all of these things!
And usually people arriving on anothers countries shores with no work and no money get lots of critiscm!
Or is that just people to this country?
