Consumer Vent missing?

Either it is staring me in the face and I am not seeing it, or the Consumer (Vent) Board is not on the Praise, Vent, & Warnings board. It is listed as a sub-menu on the list up there^ when I can return to my post but I have to find said post the long way round.

Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction.

There's "Praise, Vent & Warnings" and there's "Consumer Rights". Both are visible to me in the main Index.

The problem is your thread was shifted by a BG and the board it has been shifted to is only available to BG's as Praise, Vent and Warnings have now been merged together but for us BG's the separate boards are still showing as there and sometimes errors happen.

I'll report your thread and get it shifted to the correct board, sorry about this, it has happened a couple of times.

If I've understood correctly, this is now solved :-)
