Anyone got a Vizo 24 boiler?

I know this is probably not the place to ask this, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Does anyone have the heatline vizo 24 boiler? We're having a bit of trouble with ours, kind of. The hot water sensor keeps flashing and when we have showers the water goes slightly cooler for about 10 seconds every minute or so.

Anyone know what could be causing this or am I just better getting a gas engineer out? Hopefully it won't be too expensive!
