    I put my postcode in and it came back with £14.37pm. I'd probably pay the £3pm extra to ensure next day call outs as well though.

    The £3 extra is for guaranteed same day callout if you report your fault before 10am. TBH I wouldn't bother as the service is changing so much that they are managing in most cases to get someone out the same day if you have no h/hw, at the moment.
