Bought a wooden garden bench in their sale, which was duly delivered and constructed. Somehow my DH managed to fail to notice the huge crack running about a foot through the back of the bench until after it was constructed and all packaging had been binned.
I emailed Wilkinson to find out about getting a replacement part, and received an email the next day apologising profusely for the inconvenience and promising a new part out within two days, and was told 'just dispose of the other one as you like'. The package arrived on time as promised and they have sent a whole new bench, not just a new part.
Cannot fault their customer service, very speedy resolution and a very happy customer indeed.

Ive always received excellent customer service from Wilkinson, both over the phone and in store.
