Are they the promotional packs? If they are, the codes are a mixture of letters and numbers and are printed in faint dotted red ink on the base inside the bag. Look closer; it can be very faint.

Thanks, done it now, with a torch and magnifying glass, how difficult - could never have read them unaided, the site is not user friendly either, not sure it's worth the effort, surprised no else has commented on how difficult they are to read.

If you're printing the coupon to use in store they only last for 1 week so dont print it untl you need it.
