Cards fro 11 and 13 yr olds?

Hi,
Sorry if this is the wrong bored.
I am after cards for my 11 and 13 yr olds which they can use to collect train tickets I book online, use to pay in shops and draw money out with. Pref with faster payments so I can top-up straight away online. I have a pre-paid card myself but top-up takes a day or so.
I know it might be a tall order, its just I they go to school via train 20 miles away and each in opposite locations having a card I can top-up if they get stuck would be fab and make my life sooo much easier.

HSBC (Allow faster payments in & out of account) give a cash card from 11 and a Visa debit from 13:

Or have you looked at o2 money?

Not sure what stipulations there are for a o2 money card - think you just need a sim per card with them.
