Hi
We have been paying over 12 months of charges for swimming lessons by direct debit.
We informed the leisure centre my son wouldn't be attending but don't have any evidence of this.
Can I claim back the money?
What if the leisure centre say they have no recoed of us cancelling the lessons and it is our word against theirs?
any advice?
Kevin

Why didn't you stop the DD?
Did you inform the company in writing?0
