my husband was finished from work last november he recieved a disability premium from tax credits. It has now been proved in court he was unfairly dismissed does this mean he can get back dated them premiums he would have got had he not been dismissed. thankyyou

No, tax credits can only be backdated 3 months. If he's not working now, and the tax credits were only in payment due to him working, he's not entitled to WTC at all.Saving money like a trouper...0

he not getting it now because he not working but because they put him back where he would have been had he not lost his job just wondered if he get it back. it goes to benefit office to see if any deductions need to b taken off and the fact that he got disibility premium and carers allowance for our daughter has been put in the loses not sure what will b taken off though0

was horrible jury out about 3 half hrs but they made the decision the same day hope yours is soon0

yey me to just waiting for it to b typed up but we didnt get anything in writing have to wait for 14 days was it late when u came out we were pushing it i think didnt come out til 5.15 everyone seemed to have already gone home but im glad we didnt have to wait for it0
