My mum received a parking ticket from ukcps at speke retail. My mum parked in a disabled bay, dispalyed her blue badge, but as she and my sister got out the car with both doors opened the badge must of blew of the dash board. I followed one of your template letters and wrote to ukcps explaining what happened and that my mum will not be paying the fine. They have now sent my mum a letter asking her to pay a reduced charge of £44.00 and this will include free membership of Mobilise for one year. They have stated that by parking my vehicle i have entered a contract to display my badge what is this contract? help what should my mum do. :j:j

Take a look at this thread to see that UKCPS and Mobilise are well known on here. From now on do not contact the parking company again and ignore any correspondence from them. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Yes please read that thread, and ignore all letters from them and their bogus debt collectors, also scan the letters into your computer and forward them onto mobilise to show them the harassment you are getting from ukcps.
The Blue badge scheme by the way is not for private car parks, they are only used for council run car parks and on street, check out directgov for more info.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Ignore the letters as others have said, it will go away.
Of course you owe nothing at all, this is a scam. Don't be scared by the letter-heading their 'debt collector' use which is the possibly unlawful 'Court Proceeding Ltd'. They are a private company and have no legal right to fine you even if you had no disabled Blue Badge - let alone try to penalise someone who they know had one!
Forget about it, tell your Mum, show her this and make paper aeroplanes from the letters:

Yet again I shall be passing on this story to Mobilise to show them what sort of people they have teamed up with, even though they don't answer any of my emails. Are they scared of the truth? What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Me too, have added it to my records of UKCPS/disabled badgeholders tickets.

Mobilise have a lot to answer for by teaming up with a bunch of people who are no more than wild west cowboys. If Mobilise want to maintain any form of credibilty they need to realise the error of their ways sooner rather than later.0 -
I have yet again invited them to subscribe to MSE or Pepipoo so they can put their side of the story. I have also told them that their reputation is suffering because of all this negative publicity on these forums and on Facebook. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
