My builder went bankrupt

  • I agree if he is bankrupt then it doesn't matter what he owns or not as that then belongs to the OR unless they say otherwise.
    Mixed Martial Arts is the greatest sport known to mankind and anyone who says it is 'a bar room brawl' has never trained in it and has no idea what they are talking about.
  • I'd seize it and tell the OR that i intended to sell it. End of.

    The OR is unlikely to do anything imho and its extremely unlikely the OR will pay out on any unsecured creditors claims anyway...

    Five grand is five grand frankly and in the same situation i would be doing everything i could to recoup my lost funds.

    Might not be legal mind, but what is life without a little danger and excitement?
