Doesn't say maintenance. When it does come up I cannot logon (nothing happens).

lloyds online is up for me (OK - it's 2 hrs since that original post!)
I've never seen that downforeveryone thing before, but from a quick play, it seems to have a lot of false negatives - possibly it sees any site that autoforwards to a subdomain/child url as being down (e.g. www.barclays.co.uk and www.barclays.com which are both up)0
