Pruning and repotting blueberries

My two blueberry bushes are now on their fourth year and have really taken off. I need to both prune them back and repot them to a bigger pot.
Is it ok to do this at the same time? Or should I prune now and then repot in the early spring to reduce stress on the bushes?
