How to close account?

HI

I opened an e-ISA with the Principality, completeing all the details and setting up the account. However I have now changed my mind. I hadnt completed the form you had to print off so the account has no money in it.
The problem is I try to put the Username in I thought I put and it says not recogniosed, and then if I click the Forgot Username button it times out.
So how can I close this account? It has no money at all in it.

....or actually you can get away with just doing nothing. If you never paid money into it, it isn't an ISA.

Eventually, they'll flag it as dormant and delete it.

Doesn't really matter. You can forget it. The ISA regs only say you may subscribe to one per year. You can open as many as you like without subscribing.
