another vote for salmon tagliatelle here

clove of garlic, splash of lemon juice, tub of philadelphia (or stripey version if keeping with theme) mix in pan, add cooked pasta

    nice, quick, easy meal

I find SS tastes like plastic, but I know plenty of people who like it so sounds like a good price.

Is that your percption of it though?

They do not go out of there way to create a cheaper fish. Its just the off cuts and even then you may end up with the the TTD salmon in just as the order for that salmon was lower so they can up it here rather than bin it.

You may get more brown meat in the off cuts though and a veriety of different smokes and flavours.

I can't eat it straight out of the packet, I have to have it very lightly cooked - it changes it's texture to that of normal fish, but with a lightly smoked taste.

I like mine in lightly cooked scrambled eggs with a toasted multigrain bagel. Yum!
