well called evershades, who act for maxrecovery, they were very polite and helpfull and once i sent them a letter from my OR. to confurm my discharge, they even called me back to tell me they were happy to update my records and should show on next months credit report, :-)
so lets just hope they get it all right
I think you will find Max only buys insolvent bankruptcy debt and only collects any returns from trustees
they will not contact you or demand any money outside bankrupcty

Me and my wife paid of our insolvencie debts in 2006 to GRANT THORNTON and received our discharge letters from THE ACCOUNTANT IN BANKRUPTCY,we now have a letter from max recovery saying we owe over £2000,can anyone give us advice on this as we can only get thru to a call centre who havent a clue
