That is a 1:6 variation with 3 Meg down and half meg up

To be honest, with a BT old line connection that is a good average for many folk. test it for a few days to see if it averages out those numbers, if it does, it is ok really.

If you want faster speeds, consider a Vrigin overhall, with cable TV and Internet, can bring speeds up considerably if they cover your area.

I think the OP was just getting to grips with the system and perhaps used a new thread where a direct message would be enough.

The issue is closed now so no further annoyance needs to be experienced.
