picasa web - how do I create a DVD with photos?

Options
Excuse my numptiness - but now I'm completely lost - I uploaded my photos to picasa web album from my desktop (thanks for pointing me in the right direction there :)). I can access the album online fine from my laptop, see all my photos etc, but i can't seem to find out how to then make a dvd of the photos from picasa web? I've checked the help on it, and I can see how to do it - but I'm not gettiing any of the "tools" or "create" options mentioned at all when I click on a folder with photos in ie "Click the Create menu, and select Gift CD".
I'm just not seeing any of this in my picasa web albums - what am I doing wrong? I can't make a DVD of the photos on my desktop, as the DVD writer no longer works.

Thanks,

The pictures you have uploaded to the web will be of a lower resolution than your original picture files.
I would suggest you transfer them directly from your desktop to your laptop using a USB memory stick, so you can print them.

Meanwhile I'll have a look at my web album and see what options are available.

..........Back again, log onto your web album, and open the folder of choice, then click on download select Picasa and off you go.
That gum you like is coming back in style.

Not necessarily. You can chose to leave the pictures as they are. The option is called "Slowest upload, largest size".
