What legacy file? I've given you the direct link to the Driver needed. Download and install. No thinking necessary.
As to the dll question, is a clean install or Factory Restore out of the question?0 -
You can downloda graphic drivers and modded drivers from various places on the net but generally I think the best and only place you should ever go to is the official website for both ATI and Nvidia drivers.. you pick what card you have and you get the most up to date driver available.
If you're having problems downloading the files, have you tried other browsers such as Chrome/Firefox?Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

It's already done. Maybe you can check before posting.0 -
Sorry to confuse.
Do I D/L the whole 'Catalyst Software Suite' or just the 'ATI WDM Integrated Driver' as there are the two options on the page that you gave me."Unhappiness is not knowing what we want, and killing ourselves to get it."Post Count: 4,111 Thanked 3,111 Times in 1,111 Posts (Actual figures as they once were))Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.0 -
Upto you really
Just download the driver if youve no interest in setting up graphical properties for various applications etc
If you DO wish to have everything running then download the lot
Not sure how youll get on mind, the catalyst driver never worked on my dell machine, I had to install off the disc that came with my machine as no other version worked:idea:0 -
Uh Oh.
I see more probs arising. Still worth it for the experience.
Will come back on here and let you know.
just hope I can locate the Dell disc which I assume will have the original graphics drivers should I need to use 'em.

Yes...let us know.If the graphics card is the one that came with the PC, the drivers will be on the website. So no need to locate the disc.
If it's your own, the Driver to which I have linked will work.0
