New UPVC guttering and fascia boards

Hi all,

Just a tentative enquiry to see how much I should expect to pay to remove my current (rather poor quality) guttering and timber fascias, and replace them with new plain white UPVC ones. I'm in a 2-bed mid-terrace, about 4m wide by 7m high up to the roof.

500 - 600 assuming you want the soffits done as well.

PS Are you sure its 7m to the roofline? I'd expect 5 and a bit but if it really is 7 then you'll be looking at scaffolding of some description as well which will heavily impact the number above.

I have just agreed to get the soffitts, fascias and gutters (downpipes too)- replaced (not just covered up) on my large 3 bed semi for £1049 + vat
Thats 23 metres of run.....
Scaffolding is a must - I wouldn't trust any company who claimed to be able to do it using ladders - it may even be a legal requirement.
