Live Chat To Ebay????

My cousin needs to get in touch with ebay urgently!!!

I have tried to use the live chat link in teh useful links thread but its not working

anyone else know the link for live chat? or if not how to find it on ebay?

need it urgently please!!!!!

I used the live chat thread the other day and have to say it was really good. The only downside was that I had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone was available to chat. Once I was speaking to them though they were really helpful and sorted out my ebay query much quicker than if I'd emailed them.

No lie there... if you'd emailed them they would NEVER have sorted it out... just sent you cut and paste irrelevant answers! :rotfl:

I also have had positive experiences with live chat. My problem was instantly sorted which was a lot better than waiting forever through email!
