I have seen that Jessops run one which gives you 40 free prints if you register with them to share photo's with friends and family. Has anyone any recommendations as to best sites to use?

How about using the webspace your ISP gives you?
You could use JAlbum which is a great piece of free software for generating an on-line photo album.
It's very easy to use too.
PM me if you want and I'll send you the link to my webspace where I use it, so you can see what it's like.Dave. :wave:0 -
Sorry about late response, it didn't show up in my user c/p.. I was in a rush so I used Snapfish. Jessops offer 40 free prints but put you through to Snapfish so ultimately I will have to chase Jessops for the free prints. I'm pleased with the result for the time being as my mum was able to see them from her lap top - eventually.
Thanks for the offer of sending a link by pm, I will take you up on it to get some ideas. Am a bit over-exposed to computer at the moment so may take a few days. Thanks Rachel0 -

Hi,
Take a look at Photobox. You can store about 200 photos for free and can store the in albubs which can be public or private. I like the site because you can provide a direct link to your photo's for friends and family without bombarding them with emails every time you add something new.No Links in Signatures by Site Rules - MSE Forum Team 20 -
the best one for me at the moment is Google's new Picasa Web.
Works like a charm but you can only upload 250MB worth at the moment

Thank you so much all for this information. I will let you know what final decision I come to and why, for the time being I am using Snapfish so that friends can see my pictures in all their glory. Bye, Rachel0
