Just been in one of the ones this morning in Leeds (in fact am still there now posting this!)
Wonderful service - member of staff offered to get me another drink, so that I didn't have to leave my laptop unattended.
Free internet (with a decent speed - in fact faster than mine at home).
Keep it up 'Spoons
(My only "grumble" is that the Pain au chocolat that I had for my breakfast were a little "chewy"!)

I find service in Wetherspoons is excellent during the day and in the morning. My only gripe is that my local claims to have a technical problem on their Wi-Fi, with staff recommending you connect to Subway's connection, which is located next door and is much faster.
In the evenings when the place is packed and full, service can be atrocious especially if you order food.0 -
It sounds like the WiFi has been down in this Wetherspoons as well.
I have never tried the WiFi in a Wetherspoons, but thought as it was free I would give it a go today. When I asked for login details, I was told that it was "now working". Really, really impressed. Been using it now for nearly two hours though!!0 -
Hi,
the service in Wetherspoons is good, but the coffee is poor quality.0 -
I like their coffee - it's Lavazza - though they seem to have given up giving you a free biscuit at the ones we go to. If you don't mind the fact that there are people drinking pints at 9 am, breakfast and a chat at Wetherspoons is a nice way to pass an hour or so.0

Went into my local on Thursday for lunch. Thursday just happens to be curry club day where from 3pm you can get one of 12 different curries plus pilau rice, naan bread, 2 poppadoms, mango chutney and a pint for just £4.99 and it was very good. Better still they chucked in two bhajis for free.0
