Finally found a branch of my local bank and paid in a cheque for £2 - I think I need to open a new account elsewhere once the overdraft on that one is paid off since its RBS and I really don't want to end up with yet another Santander account now my A&L has been switched too.

Natwest is my nearest bank branch, but I need to do some research in to basic bank accounts.

TCB are currently offering £50 cashback for setting up a Halifax Reward account. It doesn't pay interest but if you deposit £1000 into it during a calendar month you get £5 a month. If you transfer some existing DDs from another account you can also get £50 from Halifax. I have two accounts and DH has one and we have a 'spare' £500 which I transfer between them during the month using online banking. £15 a month for doing not much :T:T
    Hope that helps.

Didn't know about these. Thanks. TBH I'm a TCB fan, I haven't used Quidco since they declined all my Liligo clicks (£5.15 of them:mad:)

Nothing more to add from me.

Thanks for the heads up on sing bingo Happy, will check that out.

Have started taking pics for this weekend's ebay listings. If I get them onto my laptop I'll load them as I do the listings. If not then I'll go through Mon/ Tues and amend the listings to show the pics :)
