Just did a search on google for the following:
http://www.google.co.uk/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4PBEA_en-GBGB287GB287&q=epc
I clicked at the top where it says £29.95
What I dont understand is why they are advertising for £29.95 when the real price is £39.95 - is this a company to trust - the website looks very dodgy to me with no mention of how payment will be made.
Thanks for any help - im very worried about this now.

So they aren't paying the assessors who complete EPC for them right?0

I dont think this should be allowed and I personally would not trust a company who advertise at one price and really sell at another price. I reached this page after googleing express-epc.co.uk
Thank you for the help - looks like a company to avoid.0
