How to increase Natwest credit card limit

What do I have to do before a credit limit increase is accepted? I've had the account for nearly two years now, pay all my statements off in good time, and have other accounts with Natwest with money in them. However, every request to increase my credit limit is denied. It's really frustrating because I don't want to have to use one of my current accounts, which I don't keep a lot of money in.

Are you regularly using most of your existing credit limit? By regularly, I mean most months?
Is your main current account (the one that receives your income) with NatWest?0 -
No it can vary. Some months I can use most of it but I think most of the time I use less than half. All my accounts are with Natwest.0

I used to bank with Natwest, I had a healthy bank & saving accounts and their credit card with a ridiculous limit, every time I requested an increase it was always declined with no valid reason, always told try again in 6 months. Had enough, moved all my banking to First Direct and was given a credit card with a £3000 limit.....0
