I have read through all the conditions and threads on this 'Site feedback' forum and still cannot understand why I am unable yet to post links or post in the arms? Any ideas anyone?

Its probably a combination of posts and how long you been a member
As you only joined 2 days ago there is probably a period of a few days or slightly more when you can post links
In truth nobody knows on here accept MSE its just a educated guess
Regarding posting in the arms I thought any member could0 -

Maybe is something strange going on. Try clearing your cookies make sure you know your password to log back in
I just noticed this thread below maybe there are some issues with the arms. It seems fine for me though

This applies to me too. I seem to be able to post most other paces but not in the Arms...Macintosh, iPhone, iPad and Web development0

Perhaps there is a new rule in arms due to a number of trolls who sign up mealy to post in there. The arms seems to have over its fair share of troublemakers in recent times given the multitude of posts that appear in here about benefit discussion etc etc0
