The cost of these tickets to Merlin is £0 so it is a fairly cheap exercise. The park is open and the rides are running anyway. A few extra people in the park is not going to cost them. A family will make other spends on a day out especially as they have not paid the relatively high cost of entry so it is a win all round.
  • Gemjar and Molerat, both messages giving me bigger smile, so dont think i'll be worrying anymore.
just wish tickets didnt expire the week before their biggest ever firework display celebrating 30 years, oh well can't get everything i suppose lol. then again my young kids dont like loud bangs!!
    THANKS GUYS :-)

I sent this original post to merlin entertainments by email, they then reconised 'Jane Alexander' printed on the tickets, and forwarded the email to her address, then she emailed me back in person to confirm that they are genuine tickets and that i hope i enjoy our day out.

    COOL

I think it sounds quite genuine on the whole ~ As from past conversations - {as I also live in the Greater Manchester area and used to commute their alot } - The odd one of my friends had similar experiences with Blackpool Pleasure Beach at the time :o

& along with other posters on here ... They took no vital information ..so you have probably struck lucky on the time your partner was around that area :o

I would go with vouchers with all intentions to pay half price at least thow , { they can be found after a few google searches } to cover petrol costs !!!

Just in the very slight off chance , So you can make a day of it :D

One word of warning before you set off-check those terms and conditions as they usually specify certain events/dates where the ticket will not give you free admission!!
  • yeah already done that, cant go when the P!nk concert on (which was in june) and valid till halloween, so miss out on firework display following week
