I am looking at what company to go with if I decide to move house for Electricity.
the problem I have from the sites I've been on is this: I have no idea how much I will go through in the new house. As electricity will be needed for hot water, heat up.
I know the house has a pre payment with Scottish Hydro. I'm with pre payment British Gas. Go through £6.00 per week .
Would it be just a case of looking at how much per each company charge per tier?

Unless you have an idea of what you will use, you can't decide what will be the best supplier/tariff.
If you really have no idea of anticipated consumption, stay with the current supplier (perhaps asking about the best deal they could offer you) until you do have a good idea and then use a comparison site.
Otherwise the words frying pan and fire spring to mind..."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100
