1. Promotion is open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over excluding employees and their families of the promoter, its affiliate companies, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Only one entry per person. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script, brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void’.
3. The promotion starts from June 7th 2010.
4. All entries must be received by December 17th 2010.
5. Entry to the promotion is via web. No purchase necessary. To enter, log onto https://www.isklarexperience.co.uk, enter your contact details, answer a question and agree to the terms and conditions.
6. There are 101 prizes to be won. First prize is a holiday for 4 people to Norway. There are then a further 100 prizes of 1 x £50 French Connection vouchers.
7. The first prize consists of a 2 night break to Norway for 4 people. The prize includes return economy flights from a London Airport to Bergen, 2 nights’ accommodation in Bergen based on 2 twin rooms including breakfast, fully comprehensive car hire on the day to drive to the Folgefonna glacier plus hiking experience on the glacier including all necessary equipment and guiding and £400 spending money. The winner’s party will be responsible for travel insurance, transport to and from the London airport and all other personal expenses. All travellers must have a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity beyond the return date, with a least 2 unstamped pages and a visa (if applicable). Travel is available up to the end of April 2011 (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas, New Year and Bank Holiday periods and once booked cannot be amended. No cash alternative is available; prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. There must be at least one adult aged 18 years of age or older within the travelling party and any guest below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Terms and conditions of the carriers apply.
8. 101 winners names will be drawn, from entrants who have answered the question correctly, at random via computer generation and independently supervised.
9. The first valid entrant drawn will win the prize holiday. The following 100 valid entrants drawn will receive vouchers.
10. Winners will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date.
11. Should any winner not respond as requested within one calendar month from notification, or be found to be an invalid entrant, promoter shall award relevant prize to the next drawn valid entrant (and shall be entitled to repeat this process as necessary).
12. No cash or alternative prizes will be offered.

14. In the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, it reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
